Chinese Calligraphy 12:50pm

Chinese Calligraphy is an old art form using Chinese ink and brush pens. The purpose is to convey thoughts but also show the abstract beauty of the lines. Rhythm, line, and structure are perfectly embodied in calligraphy. The teacher will show special techniques to handle the brush, practice strokes and demonstrate the artistic characters and rules of Chinese Calligraphy. Please bring ink, paper, and brush.
