June 2 - June 6, 2025
9:00am - 3:00/3:30pm
Kaleidoscope Art camp is for kids ages 6-12yrs old. Each day is a different art project, with an art show on Friday.
Volunteer Duties:
- Handing out art supplies
- Working closely with child participants as needed to help with their various projects.
- Mentoring participants
- Assist with set up and break down of activities, replenishing art supplies when needed,
- Supervising bathroom and drink breaks, and cleaning up between classes.
- Assist in set up and break down of the end of camp art show.
Volunteers must be at least 14 years old for this opportunity. Any volunteer 18 or older will need to successfully complete a background check prior to the start of the camp.
**Volunteers must bring their own lunch & water bottle daily. Microwave & refrigerator is on site for use.
Daily schedule:
9:00a-9:45a - set up / prep for the day
9:45a-10:00a - name games / doodling with campers until everyone arrives
10:00a-11:30a - camp for ages 6-8yrs
11:30a-12:15p - reset room / prep for afternoon camp
12:15-12:45p - lunch break
12:45p-1:00p - name games / doodling with campers until everyone arrives
1:00p-2:30p - camp for ages 9-12yr
2:30p-3:00/3:30p - clean up & reset room, organize art projects.
