Description
Participants will improve joint range of motion by stretching and moving with a variety of techniques and equipment will be utilized, including barres, balls, foam rollers, and straps. Learn the difference between active stretching and passive stretching, PNF stretching, and mobility training. Get a plan for your fullest range of motion and protect yourself from pain and injury, and recover faster from your intense workouts!
