Description

Learn to focus on health, balance, and the interior Qigong (Chi Kung) aspects of Tai Chi Chuan. Soft flowing movements will be taught designed for the various athletic and age levels of each student. Cheng Man Ching’s 37-movement Simplified Tai Chi form will also be taught. Martial arts aspects of Tai Chi Chuan will be covered at student’s request.

Attire: comfortable loose clothing and flat-bottomed shoes.

Tuesdays: Beginner
Thursdays: Intermediate and Advanced
