Get Fit With Liz is a full-body workout experience that combines cardio strength and core training to help you reach your goals. Every workout varies in format to keep things fun and challenging. You will use a variety of body-weight exercises to improve cardio fitness, build lean muscle and maximize calorie burn. No special equipment needed and you will leave each class stronger than before.
