Description

This class features Yang style Tai Chi combined with the simple breathing techniques of Qi Gong to relieve stress, boost immunity and increase the body's ability to heal.

This class is included with a Rec Fit or Wellness Benefit membership. If you do not have a membership you may pay for the season to attend. Use this activity for both options.

No Class April 12 & 26.
