MTYP Summer Intensive - A Midsummer Night's Dream

Dream away the summer with this year’s youth Shakespeare production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream a program that will give teens a chance to hang out with fairies, lovers, and clowns, along with the experience of mounting Shakespeare’s most magical of comedies from start to finish. Auditions will be held at the theatre on April 20th from 1-4pm. After roles are cast, there will be a meet-and-greet registration day on June 15th. Campers will begin rehearsals on August 5, meeting 12pm-4:30pm, Monday thru Friday, until August 23rd. They will work together with director Rachel Kohler and other Majestic staff members to create every part of the show from concept to costumes and perform it for friends, family, and the community on August 23rd and 24th! This camp has space for up to 18 actors.
