Crime Free Multi Housing Class

This full-day Crime Free Multi-Housing Phase 1 training is designed to make rental housing safe and desirable places to live. All rental property owners and managers are welcome to attend this class, however, completing this class is required to obtain a Coon Rapids rental license. Fee includes a student manual, boxed lunch, and refreshments. No refunds for no shows or if you cancel your registration within 10 days of the class. Eight hours of P.O.S.T. credits are available for peace officers. Realtor License Continuing Education Credits may be available. Contact your local board of realtors for more info.
