Rise & Grind - 2023 - SQ&PW

Back for a 2nd season, Cool Sports is excited to roll out "Rise & Grind" during the hockey off-season.

Running on Tuesday and Thursday evening for the 10U/12U age group, from 7:10 PM - 8:10 PM, R&G will combine small area games, powerskating, puckhandling skill development and more.

The program comes with a 30 minute off-ice workout before the Thursday session to focus on core strength and speed/agility.

All participants will receive a jersey and workout t-shirt.

Cool Sports will be forming a spring/summer tournament team at each age group picked from participants in the Rise & Grind program. These team invites will be sent out in early June for the first tournament and early July for the second.

The teams will play in a local tournament, "Scruffy City Summer Shootout" from June 16-18th and then an out of town tournament in Las Vegas, NV July 21st-23rd ... the "Vegas Summer Showdown" hosted by TCS hockey. (additional cost in the approximate amount of $500-$600 will be involved for players selected to play on tournament teams)
