Minor Membership & Day Pass Waiver Information
The purpose of this program is to allow children ages 9-17 to purchase their own membership or day pass in the absence of their parent or guardian.
To ensure compliance with our policies, please note the following:
- Waivers must be retained on file for up to one year per household.
- Minors under age 17 cannot purchase their own membership or day pass without prior parental consent.
- Waivers must be signed in person at the C. K. Ray Rec Center or online in order to capture your signature
If you wish to allow your minor child to purchase a membership or day pass independently, please complete the required waiver by following these steps:
- Enroll each child into this program.
- Answer all questions for each child.
- Sign all waivers to assume liability and grant permission for your child to make purchases independently in your absence.
This waiver is free to complete and enables your child to purchase a membership or day pass on their own. Thank you for your cooperation!
