Description
Sign up your business, organization, or group to host a table along the trail and pass out candy. This is a great opportunity to connect with the community in-person. Each table will be entered in a contest to win the 'Most Spirited Booth' award certificate.
Table registration includes one table and two chairs. No additional materials are provided. Halloween-themed decorations highly encouraged and must be family-friendly. Candy, decorations, and materials must be supplied by table host and preapproved by Program Coordinator. All materials and decorations must be pre-approved by Program Coordinator. Treats and candy passed out must be pre-packaged and in original manufacturer packaging. Each table must have at least 1 representative present for the duration of the event. You must be available from 3:30pm-4:30pm to set-up your table, and 6:30pm-7:00pm to cleanup the table.
The City of Concord reserves the right to remove a booth or a giveaway item if the above guidelines cannot be met.

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Additional event details will be emailed one week prior to the event. Volunteers must remain on-site for the full duration of the event.
