Summer Youth Scholarship Program 2025

This is not the application - within 24 hours of registering, you will receive an email from ePACT inviting you to complete the scholarship application. Applications are now being accepted until program space or funding is exhausted.

The Concord Recreation Services Department offers partial scholarships for specific summer youth programs offered by the Department. Upon application approval, scholarship recipients pay a nominal fee. Within 24 hours of registering, please check your email for a message from ePACT to complete your application.

Eligible Summer Programs:

Group Swimming Classes (age 10mo.-14yrs)
Splash Camp (ages 8-14)
Lil Explorers (ages 2-5)
Backyard Explorers Day Camp (entering grades K-5th)
East Bay Explorers Day Camp (entering grades 5th-8th)
Counselor in Training (ages 12-15)

To be eligible, the applicant must meet ALL of the following requirements:

Applicant must be under 18 years of age.
Applicant must have a Concord address.
Yearly family income is within the 2024 Family Income Limit – Contra Costa County eligibility chart.
Submit a 2025 Youth Scholarship Application.
Provide proof of Concord address AND income.
