Standard Withdrawal and Transfer Policy does not apply to Camp Concord programs. Cancellations for this program will be subject to the following fees:
Cancellations made by July 1st will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
After July 1st: 50% of the total fee will be retained for cancellations.
No refunds will be given for registrations cancelled less than three weeks prior to the start of camp, if participant does not arrive on the first day of camp or if participant leaves camp early for any reason.
