Description:
Alter your handbuilt and wheel thrown pieces into flowing vessels and sculpture with slip trailed decoration. Carol Long draws influence from plant and animal life.With joy, whimsy and beauty as her goal, her work continues to evolve as she experiments with new ways of expressing these qualities of her surroundings.
Her work is featured at Plinth Gallery in Denver, CO, Charlie Cummings gallery in Gainsville, Florida, Karg Art Glass in Kechi, Kansas and The Filley Art Museum in Pratt, Kansas. In recent years she has been a presenter at workshops throughout the US.
