Adult Swim—Beginner
What You Will Learn:
Participants gain basic aquatic skills and swimming strokes. Teaches skills and concepts needed to stay safe in and around water and to help themselves or others in an aquatic emergency.
Prerequisites:
N/A
*Proper swimwear required. Items should be made of polyester or nylon (no cotton) and include an inner liner.
No refunds or make-ups will be offered for missed lessons, inclement weather, etc. If inclement weather occurs, an out of water lesson will be substituted.
