$5 late pick-up fee after 5 minutes, $1 every minute thereafter

The enrollment in Parent’s Night Out program is finalized 5 days prior to the start of the activity. If notice is given by phone or email at minimum 5 days prior to the start of the program, then we can offer participants a full refund or transfer your enrollment to a future program date. To provide the best possible program experience, we order supplies and materials in advance. Unfortunately, this means that we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations within 5 days of the program start date. If, for any reason, the activity gets cancelled, all participants would receive a full refund.
