This St. Patrick's Day-inspired workout will have you sweating, smiling and celebrating the Irish spirit! With a mix of cardio, strength and mobility, you'll conquer leprechaun leaps, shamrock sprints and more! Wear your favorite shades of green and let the luck of the Irish propel you through this exhilarating fitness adventure.

St. Patrick's Revenge WOD includes 17 reps:
Push-ups, sit-ups, box jumps, thrusters, lunges, supermans, swings, burpees and more! Modifications will be available for most fitness levels.
