CERA Arts Festival
We invite you to join us for our yearly fall event.
Located at CERA – Corporate Employees Recreation Association at 3300 Bryant Irvin Rd., Fort Worth, Texas 76109
We are pleased to welcome all handmade arts and crafts, as well as gem, mineral, and glass related items.
All booth spaces are indoors and locked up overnight.
Booth size and fee for CERA Members:
Trinity Room space - 10' w x 5' d: $65 (open area/no wall)
Booth size and fee for Non-Members:
Trinity Room space - 10' w x 5' d: $90 (open area/no wall)
Event Weekend:
October 14. 2023 - Saturday
10 am - 5 pm
October 15, 2023 – Sunday
10 am - 4 pm
Artist Set Up:
October 13, 2023
Friday 1 pm to 7 pm or Saturday 8 am to 9:30 am
Artist Take Down:
Sunday 4 pm to 6 pm
Artists are responsible for their own fixtures, setting up and taking down their booth/space.
Vendors selling food, except food trucks must have prepackaged goods. Open free samples are allowed.
Only handcrafted art or items will be accepted; nothing manufactured for resale.
Special Requests: We will do our best to comply.
Booth assignments will be emailed to you one week prior to the event.
