Museum of the Grand Prairie, Lake of the Woods Forest Preserve 11am-12:30 pm

Join us at the Museum of the Grand Prairie to Recycle, Repurpose and Repair your textiles! Do you have a favorite sock that has lost its pair, or some denim with one too many holes in the knees? Bring it in and we will have various craft items on hand for you to re-imagine a new life for these old favorites. Make a bag, doll clothes or pencil case, the possibilities are endless! Extra textiles and craft items will also be available, BYO items are not required. Ages 5-16. $3 per child. Space is limited; registration required by November 16 at ccfpd.org.
