Description
Join Ruby Koa of Inspire Studio to celebrate the solstice with 20 minutes of gentle yoga and breathing followed by an hour-long sound bath. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and dress warm!
This program requires pre-registration.
This program will be moved indoors into the Fairhaven pavilion in the case of bad weather. In the case of good weather, we will be opening up 10 more spots for registration.
