Description
Thank you for your interest in the Batesville Youth Soccer Program. Batesville Parks & Recreation is excited to offer recreational soccer for girls and boys ages four to thirteen. The season consists of practices and games scheduled each week. Registration is available for the current season only. ALL PLAYERS REGISTERING WITH BATESVILLE PARKS & RECREATION ARE RANDOMLY ASSIGNED TO A TEAM BASED ON AGE FOR THE U5 AND U7 DIVISIONS. U9, U11, U14 WILL BE DRAFTED BY THE COACHES. Uniforms will be provided to all registered players. There will be a background check on all coaches. Once teams are made and uniforms ordered, registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
THE COACHES WILL GET THEIR CHILDREN PLACED ON THEIR TEAM.
***PLAYERS WILL NOT BE PLACED ON TEAMS BY REQUEST EXAMPLES (RIDESHARE, COUSINS, FAMILY FRIEND)
***THE HEAD COACHES WILL PICK THEIR ASSISTANT COACHES FROM ONE OF THE PARENTS THAT ARE ON THE ROSTER OF PLAYERS. YOU CAN NOT PICK YOUR ASSISTANT BEFORE YOU GET YOUR ROSTER.
Important Dates for Upcoming Soccer Season
February 13th, 2025 - Parent Orientation from 5-6pm at the Batesville Community Center.
February 15th, 2025 - Evaluation Day from 9am-12pm is required for all participants in U9 Division and up.U9 will be from 9am-10am, U11 will be from 10am-11am, U14 will begin at 11am.
February 20th, 2025 - Coaches Meeting 5-6pm at Batesville Community Center. (U5, U7)
February 27th, 2025 - Coaches Meeting Player Draft (U9, U11, U14).
March 10th, 2025 - Practices can begin this week.
March 29th, 2025 - First games begin.
May 5th , 2025- Season ending Tournament begins.
May 10th, 2025 - Season ending tournament concludes.
