Description

Release tightness, soreness and improve range of motion with foam rolling. Similar to a deep tissue massage, foam rolling is a self-myofascial release technique. This class will work segments of the body; muscles in the lower/upper legs, pelvis, back and shoulders. This is a one-time workshop. Free for Community Fitness Members. Childcare is available.
