This camp is part of the Mix & Match half day camps offered this summer. Match this camp with another half day camp in the same week and receive a $35.00 discount.

Learn to Play Pickleball for Kids

Pickleball is Washington’s state sport and the fastest growing sport in America. Join us to learn how to get started playing the game! We’ll meet indoors at the Auburn Community Center gym and we will cover basic rules, strokes, scoring, equipment and strategy for recreational doubles play. Each day we will build some new skills and then practice what we’ve learned in fun games on the court. Bring a paddle if you have one (if not, no problem! Some will be available to borrow).

This is a half day camp that will meet from 9:00 am to 12 pm, before camp care is available starting at 8:00 am.

Notes

Please remember to bring the following to camp every day: snack, water bottle, sun screen, clothes for the weather, swim suit, towel (we may take a break an take campers to the spray park), shoes for indoor and outdoor activities.

For the convenience of reserving a spot in a camp, you may make a $25 deposit per camp. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to other camps or classes. All deposits are applied to the total session fee. Full fees are due by end of day Thursday, ten days prior to each session. Balances will automatically be scheduled to be paid by credit/debit card or electronic transfer provided by you at time of registration. If your full payment is not received seven days prior to the start of camp, your spot will no longer be reserved and your deposit is forfeited. Registrations received less than seven business days from the start of camp will be assessed an additional $25. Registrations for all camps will end at 12:00 p.m. on the Friday (or last business day of the week) prior to the camp. Refunds or credits are not issued for days or partial days missed.
