Tai Chi Gung is an ancient, time-proven system for health and longevity that is over 3,300 years old. This Tai Chi Gung class will last 45 minutes to 1 hour and cover the standing warm-ups, basic exercises and advanced exercises. These exercises are easy to follow and learn on the spot. If practiced on a regular basis, these exercises can enhance balance, reduce stress naturally, support holistic healing and strengthen the mind-body-spirit connection.
