Description
What is line dancing? Line dancing is a group, choreographed dance in a repeating sequence of steps to different genres of music. You do not need a partner; no experience necessary.
Who can dance? 17 and older individuals are welcome to join in the fun; beginners to advanced skill levels
What to wear: Wear loose-fit clothing, shoes w/smooth soles (gym shoes w/dance shoe socks optional)
What to bring: water and towel (we sweat)
Benefits of line dancing: It’s contagious and provides a moderate aerobic workout; dancing challenges your memory and concentration, enhances balance, coordination and flexibility, and provides an opportunity to socialize. Join us on the dance floor! It’s good for your soul!
