Description
This course teaches the method of body conditioning which focuses on flexibility and strength for the total body. It is a series of controlled movements that engages the mind and body in developing strong, flexible muscles, without bulk. Emphasis is placed on developing deep torso strength and flexibility known as "centering" to ensure proper posture and reduce the risk of injury. Stretching will follow Pilates. This relaxation and stretch portion is designed to restore health and balance to the mind and body. You will create the experience of well-being, stress release, and realign the spine.
