Intro to Wrestling - Youth Folk Style

This class will introduce elementary school aged children (both male and female) to the sport of wrestling. The class will be led by Park Vista Community High School's Wrestling Coaching Staff. The class will cover basic wrestling skills for the beginner and improve the skills of students with existing skills. Participation in this program will also enhance athletic skills for other youth sports. All are welcome to participate.
